Join my Senior Fitness class.   Tuesdays 9:45am – 10:15am.  September – May.

Movement sequences are easy to follow and help to build strength, flexibility, and balance.  The exercises are seated and standing.

Location is the New Hope Lutheran Church on the corner of 5th Ave. So. and 32nd St. in Great Falls.  When the snow flies you can access the class virtually.
